This is a pic of me releasing blockages at our Spinal Flow Technique Level 2 training back in July. There are three types of people when it comes to Spinal Flow – “Perception” often keep so still that it can be tricky to see if they’re even moving at all, then there’s “Breath” where you can see the body moving with the breath and lastly there’s “Movement” which is my most favourite of clients. I love it when I have someone on the table whose body enjoys moving.
Me? My body can actually present as all three in one session. I find that when I’m in “Perception” I feel the shifts happening much deeper, more internally, but I also really enjoy when it wants to stretch and move as I then feel my Vital Force flowing through and clearing out those blockages.
They’re all as effective as each other when it comes to reminding the body of it’s ability to heal. Which one will you be?
