– arrive 10.15 for a 10.30 start
– 1 hour of Akiki Spinal Flow
– break for lunch 11.30
– go for a walk together to allow the adjustments to continue
– sit down to a light lunch at a local cafe
– return for your second session at 2.00pm
– finish at 3.00pm.
