This is my 1st experience with spinal flow . Not sure what to expect.I had long term lower back / hip pain and also neck pain. I have been to experienced spinal neuro specialists and also chiro and many many massage therapists over the years with little improvement. I have only had one session with spinal flow And not lying my pain is diminished to nearly nothing.. soooooo impressed.
