This little 3yr old guy came with Mum once before and couldn’t really settle in the room, but a few weeks on he’s back and couldn’t wait to get on the table this time 🥰 He lay so well for about 10 minutes, only stopping because his body had done its thing 😄 Gotta love

One of my strongest beliefs in life is that ANYTHING is possible and this is the intention I bring to my Spinal Flow sessions along with my certainty that our bodies are absolutely incredible and totally able to heal when we give them the opportunity to step out of the Sympathetic fight or flight state.

My heavily pregnant clients sometimes prefer not to be face down on my special pillows, but opt to lay on their side. The magic still happens, encouraging their body to adjust and expand, easing back pain and nerve issues – their babies love it too.
