Emotional Releasing
This is me working with a client to begin to release emotions stuck in the Centre Gateway, the back of the heart, which cause blockages and stop the vertebrae from moving freely. These can have been building for many years according to the lived experience of the person.
Using gentle contact and some supportive verbal communication clients really feel into this area and the body’s innate healing ability begins to release the blockage and create more ease and flow, allowing nerves to more effectively send nutrients and oxygen out to this area of the body.
